Former CEO of the British Institute of Professional Photography (BIPP), Martin built a remarkable career as a photographer. His journey began after school, when he completed a BTEC in Photography and embarked on a globe-spanning adventure working as a ship photographer. With over 40 years of experience behind the lens, he brings deep creative insight and industry expertise to his business. Now working with his partner, Karen Massey of Karen Massey Photography, they make a formidable team and cover every aspect of photography.

Karen Massey is an award-winning professional photographer whose passion for capturing stunning imagery has defined her career. After completing her formal photography training, she built an extensive portfolio across diverse commercial projects, including corporate branding, interiors, lifestyle, and event photography. With decades of experience, Karen combines technical expertise with a creative vision to produce compelling, professional images that meet her clients’ exacting standards.
